Depending on the scope of work, usually 1 to 3 appointments are needed.
At every fitting, we check the fit, length and details until everything sits perfectly and you feel completely comfortable.

On request, we also offer an on-site steaming service on your wedding day, so your dress looks flawless.

When should I book my alteration appointment?
We recommend booking your first alteration appointment on our website right after you buy your wedding dress. That leaves plenty of time for fittings, individual changes and finishing touches, so your dress fits you perfectly in the end.
How long does a wedding dress alteration take?
It depends on the scope of the changes and how your dress is constructed. Smaller alterations can often be done quickly, while more complex changes require several steps and fittings.
At your first consultation, we go over every change you’d like and then give you a realistic timeline.
How much does it cost to alter my wedding dress?
Every wedding dress – and every alteration – is unique. The cost depends on your wishes, how the dress is constructed and the actual amount of work involved.
Unfortunately, we can’t give a reliable estimate based on photos, over the phone or by email. To assess the work properly, we need to see how the dress is made and pin the necessary changes directly on you.
That’s exactly why we offer a free, no-obligation consultation in our atelier. Afterwards, you’ll receive a personalized quote based on the changes you want and the work involved.
Some alterations can be done in different ways. In that case, we’ll walk you through the options and advise you on effort, approach and cost – and if you like, we can prepare several price options. Our goal is a solution that fits your vision and your budget.
As a guide: on average, our alterations start at around €300 – more depending on the scope and complexity of the changes.
How many fittings will I need?
That depends on your dress and the changes you want. In most cases, one or two fittings are enough; more extensive or highly customized alterations may require additional appointments.
Our goal is a fit you feel completely comfortable in – as if your wedding dress had been made for you from the very start.
Can you handle last-minute alterations?
Yes, short-notice alterations are generally possible in our atelier. Brides who found their dress at one of our partner boutiques can be prioritized whenever possible. Depending on the changes, your dress can be ready within just a few business days.
If you found your dream dress shortly before your wedding, it’s best to give us a call. Together we’ll see what’s possible in the time left – and in many cases, we find a solution.
During peak wedding season from April to September, however, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Can I have additional details added to my wedding dress?
Absolutely. We create custom sleeves, straps, overskirts and other additions to match your wedding dress.
With our selection of laces, fabrics and embellishments, new elements blend seamlessly into the existing design. For special requests, we’re happy to source matching materials, laces and other details.
