Care
Store your veil or stole hanging or loosely folded in a garment bag. Remove creases with a steamer or a steam iron on a medium setting. Please use distilled water to avoid limescale marks.
Washing: veils and wool shawls should be hand-washed only. If there are stains, we are happy to help at our atelier.
Returns & Withdrawal
You can withdraw from the purchase of standard items within 14 days of receipt. Individual made-to-order pieces (e.g. custom length, individual embroidery etc.) are made to your wishes and are therefore excluded from returns and the right of withdrawal.
